Shipping policy
We pack and post from the United Kingdom and ship to addresses in the UK and abroad.
Handling time
Orders are packed within two working days of being placed. You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
UK orders usually arrive within two to four working days. International orders usually take five to ten working days depending on the destination and customs.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your parcel. If checkout is not yet available, contact us and we will quote you a cost before taking payment.
Delays and lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived when you would expect it, email hello@sarallom.shop with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
